Book review:

I have not read a Harlan Coben book that I didn’t like. This book was very hard to put down. So many twists and turns. It kept me turning page after page. I love when I can’t figure out what’s going to happen. So this book is about a brother in search of the brother he let leave his life. They haven’t seen each other in 16 years when his wife turns up without his brother. Where is his brother and why is his brother wife in danger?

Book review:

I can’t even begin to explain this book. At first I was like okay I’m going to have this book figured out. But I wasn’t able to figure it out. Then it got a little boring in the middle. But overall it’s a good read. I give this book 4 stars.

Book review:

I honestly didn’t know what to expect from this . But I was blown away from all the family drama that Lincoln had to endure during his marriage with Mary. This book got a little boring with all the different family members and there life. All the dates and history was a little overwhelming. But overall a good book.

Book review:

I have never read a book by this author, so I was excited to see what this book was about. Whoa, let me tell you I wasn’t expecting this book to be as good as it was. This book has you thinking about life and the games that people play. But trust me the end doesn’t happen like I thought it would. I give this book 5 out of 5 stars. Trust me there is more that I wanted to say about this book, but just know it’s a great read and you won’t be disappointed.

Book review:

This book was heavy. It was a lot to take in. To know what was taking place and how much all we wanted was to be equal. That’s a lot to take in. You want the right to vote, sit at a lunch counter, and be served. Knowing that people didn’t see us as humans, well that hurt. This book was deep and heavy for me.

Book review:

This is my first time reading a book by this author. At first, I’m not gonna lie I didn’t want to read about the typical black kid who gets locked up and that’s the end of the story for him. But the story doesn’t go as I thought that it would and I’m glad about it. Check out my review.

What happens when your dad get’s arrested and you feel like you have no one on your side? Your mom’s boyfriend doesn’t want you around because your not his son. And the only friend that you have goes off to private school? You make another family with people you think care about you. But then a cop get’s shot and you take the blame for something you didn’t do. Who cares about you now?

I gave this book 5 stars because the lessons and the level of care that this author had for her characters was amazing. You should check this book out.

Book review:

I haven’t found a Chevy Stevens book that I don’t like. This book had me on an emotional roller coaster. This book is about a woman who marries a man who has some issues. He becomes controlling. So she plans her escape. The escape was successful until she finds out that her husband has killed somebody. But that’s not the worse part. How much of your past do you tell? Is the truth really that bad? I gave this book 5 stars.

Book review:

At first this story started off slow and confusing for me. But the more that I read the more I understood. This story is about a girl who lives America with her mom and siblings to return to Jamaica. She befriends some from Jamaica who has to leave and goes to America.
