What is your go to when you want to think or even to destress? I like to wash dishes to clear my mind. It might sound crazy but I have came up with some awesome ideas washing dishes. Just a side note I don’t like using the dishwasher unless I have to. Also reading helps me to unwind. When my day is stressful I pull out a book and just read. A friend of mines said that vacuuming helps her unwind. Hey whatever helps you. A nice hot bath is also another good to to unwind. So what do you do?
