Change in 2021:

The other thing that I want to change is my eating and exercise habits need to change. Yes, I’m a little in size but I need better eating habits. I walk and do some workouts but I want it to be daily and have some type of routine. I want to lead a better lifestyle. Less stress and worry. Do you struggle with eating right and exercise?

  1. I’m vegan and gluten free so my eating is pretty good. But I definitely need to be more consistent with exercise. I’m always a little over zealous when starting a new exercise regimen. This time i’m starting small with plans to build up. I would recommend watching Tabitha Brown’s YouTube channel. She makes vegan meals that are really good and she’s entertaining to watch.

    1. We eat gluten free and I would love to try and go vegan. But I know it’s baby steps. I do a lot of walking but I want to do more. Like you said start small. Yes I’m going to check out her Youtube channel. Thanks

      1. I was once a gym rat. I went to the gym 5-6 times a week about 1 to 1.5 hours a day. My life in the past 2 years have changed and I no longer have that time as I care for my 4 year old grand daughter. What I have done is 10-15 mins a day to get back into a routine. All you need is a small space and your own body weight to get balance back into your life. Best to you in 2021
