Why do we not take the advice that we give others? Me included. We are so good at telling others what they need to do. But when it comes to us we don’t take our own advice. I need to do better about this. Am I the only one?

It’s easier to give than to take advice cuz for an advice to be effective, we all need to put in the work. 🤣
