Stress free:

Last weekend I could honestly say that I was stress free. I didn’t have to deal with the burden of doing and being around people who were not good for me. I wish I could have bottled up last weekend and be able to open it up when I need it. I get so caught up in work and life that I don’t always take a break to relax and destress. I’m always going and doing for other’s. Well all that is about to stop. My health is so important to me right now that I need to walk away from things and situations that don’t benefit me. I need to stand my ground and make sure I’m good. Stress is really making a huge impact on my health. I’m not going to allow myself to be so stressed anymore. I’m working on me and my health. How do you destress?

  1. I find cutting off, distancing as well as setting boundaries from people who are a hindrance and a negative distraction for me, my goals and peace of mind helps. I love time to myself to pray, chant, engage in visualization, listen to music, motivation videos, and tapes. I also like to take long walks, reading, gardening and cooking. And most of all can I say I love being my own best friend ❤️
