What is rest exactly? I feel like my mind, body and soul needs rest. But how do you rest in all these areas? When do you rest? I’m on the go all the time. I sit for awhile but I don’t believe I’m truly resting. My mind races, my feet hurt and my attitude sucks. I need to rest. But how?

I’m wondering how to do this, too. Even when I lay down to read my mind is still wandering. I’m trying to find some meditation podcasts, but haven’t had any luck being still yet. 😀

I honestly thought I was the only one dealing with this issue. I’m glad to know I’m not alone. I haven’t found a meditation podcast that I like. But I’m trying to be patient😢
