I’m learning to take time for myself and be by myself. I’ve started writing down things that bothers me. I’m learning how to dig deep within myself and find out why this makes me feel the way it does. I put a lot of pressure on myself and my plate is way to full. Learning what’s important and what isn’t important and adjusting. I get overwhelmed and I don’t ask for help. I’m working on me one step at a time.
